Moreover, she is always only a phone call, text or email away. Flight gets cancelled; call Bethann and alleviate the headaches and frustration of dealing with airline staff. You booked your own hotel and upon arrival discovered that it is undergoing renovation that was not disclosed when you booked. Doesn’t happen when you let Bethann do the required due diligence necessary to avoid these kind of surprises.
